Identify your neurodivergent strengths and learn to communicate them at work
Map your specific ADHD or Autism profile to name what you do well and where neurotypical environments create unnecessary friction
Locate yourself on the neurodivergent identity development arc, from denial to adaptation, and understand how it shapes your work life
Practice sharing your profile in a low-stakes group setting so you can start talking about your brain with confidence
Release shame and rewrite the stories you've been told about yourself
Use the Story Audit framework to name old narratives, trace where they came from, and test whether they actually hold up
Draft a new, truer story about how you work in your own words, one you could actually say out loud without flinching
Get concrete tools for moving toward acceptance without shame as the fuel
Build real advocacy skills and practice asking for what you need
Complete an Accommodation Inventory to identify what would make your work life more sustainable, and learn what's reasonable to ask for
Write and rehearse a real accommodation script using a proven framework, then role-play the conversation with live feedback
Make at least one real accommodation or adaptation request before the course ends, then debrief it with your cohort
Walk away with a personalized toolkit built for your specific brain
Develop a personal RSD profile and recovery ritual so you know exactly what to do the next time rejection sensitivity hits
Complete a portable ND Leadership Profile you can share with a manager, coach, or new employer who wants to understand how you work best
Build an adaptation plan for time, communication, and environment using tools designed for ND brains, not repurposed productivity advice
