    Keynotes and Conference Presentations

    Whether you’re hosting a campus-wide conference, a student-organized symposium, or a signature event like Trans Day of Visibility, Trystan delivers keynotes that people talk about long after they leave the room. He has presented live, in-person keynotes on LGBTQ+ inclusion, gender identity and expression, and trans visibility for high schools and universities alike. This is Trystan at his best: storytelling, science, and real conversation in front of a crowd that came ready to be moved.

    Faculty and Staff Training

    Faculty shape the classroom culture students live in every day. Trystan offers targeted training for educators on building gender-inclusive classrooms, supporting neurodivergent students, and creating environments where every student can actually learn. These sessions are practical, not preachy, and leave participants with tools they can use the next morning. Available in person or virtually.

    Student-Facing Workshops and Programs

    From transgender legal consideration workshops for law school students to gender identity presentations for high schools, Trystan knows how to engage student audiences without talking down to them. He meets students with curiosity, humor, and honesty, and creates space for questions that feel too risky to ask anywhere else.

    Campus Inclusion Support

    If your institution is working to improve its score on the Campus Pride Index, Trystan can help you understand where your gaps are, build a realistic plan to close them, and create training that supports your goals across departments. He has worked with universities at various stages of this process and knows how to translate assessment results into concrete next steps rather than a shelf document nobody reads.

  • Medical and Graduate Program Training

    For nursing programs, OB/GYN and midwifery classrooms, MSW programs, and public health departments, Trystan offers specialized training series that go well beyond the 101. He teaches the clinical basics of transgender fertility care, the mental health dimensions of LGBTQ+ inclusion, and the real-world public health consequences of anti-trans policy. He has also served on advisory committees helping medical programs develop LGBTQ+ specific simulation scenarios, and contributed to programs adding LGBTQ+ elements to existing simulations. This is training built for practitioners who will actually be in the room with these patients.
