Here’s how it works: We will be in touch to coordinate your IDI process soon after your purchase. You’ll take a 50-question online assessment (plan for about 20–30 minutes). Then we’ll schedule a private, one-on-one debrief session with me—yes, me personally, not someone else from my team.

This is where the real magic happens.

In our session (about 45–60 minutes), I’ll walk you through your results, what they mean, and how to actually grow your intercultural capacity from where you are now.
