*Free* Strategy Session for EO Impacted Communities
The shifting political landscape is having real consequences for professionals working in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), human resources, employee resource groups (ERGs), and beyond. In response to this year’s federal executive orders, I am offering one free coaching session to anyone working at an affected organization—whether you’re still in your role and looking for ways to pivot your strategy or you’ve been laid off, fired, or placed on administrative leave.
These sessions are designed to provide practical support, strategic guidance, and space to process. If you’re still employed, we can focus on how to continue doing meaningful work without triggering backlash, adjusting messaging, and navigating internal dynamics. If you’re facing job loss or instability, we can focus on resilience-building, next steps, sustainability strategies, and making sense of what comes next.
As a transgender man who has spent decades on the frontlines of our generation’s biggest fights for equality, I know what it means to weather political storms and keep moving forward. I offer this support in solidarity with those impacted by these decisions—because our work matters, and so do the people doing it.
